At PlatinumLED Therapy Lights, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium fashion purchases. If your items do not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
